This sugar icing portrait of Governor Shivers was highlight of a course in cake decorating at Arlington State College this week. It was made by Emil Hilbert, left, Chicago instructor of the course, and students. Center is Mrs. Galen Bell of Marshall, who took the course, and at right is Roy W. Burdett, director of industrial training at Arlington State College.
