Mrs. Sue Gilmer, left, and Mrs. Freida Ellison demonstrate the type of garbage can and wooden stand which the city of Arlington has approved in a campaign to keep the city clean and garbage out of reach of pets. The stand and cans are on exhibit on the city hall steps at Arlington.
