Lieutenant Colonel Walter H. Williams of 3544 Willing, left, and Hugo W. Heffelfinger of 1924 Warner road, senior Army instructors for the National Guard's 49th Armored Division and Combat Command A, respectively, are on their way to a 10-month assignment at the Command & General Staff College in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, after three years duty here. Both are European Theater veterans of World War II. Their families will accompany them to Kansas.
