    Description

A flash flood caused by a tremendous cloudburst July 17 afternoon sent waters four feet deep pouring into the Linwood Addition of Fort Worth. Many roads were impassable. The rain stopped at 2:15 pm and the water began to recede. At the deepest point water covered the yard and reached the door of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Spaulding, 2726 Wingate. The family was not evacuated and did not report any water damage.
