Description
Jacksboro Mayor A. F. Little holds the scissors with which he cut a ribbon opening a new link of Highway 24 from the Jack County courthouse west to the city limits. Taking part in the ceremony, left to right, are Mayor V. O. Rosser Jr. of Graham, W. C. Fulbright, president of the Jacksboro Chamber of Commerce; Mayor Little; V. R. Akins, chairman of the highway committee, Jacksboro Chamber of Commerce, and L. G. Caskey of Bryson, a city councilman.
