A combination of wind, hail, and rain hit Fort Worth Thursday afternoon, July 16 and caused some damage. Traffic Officer R. E. Lindsey chats with G. A. Bertman of 3101 Lipscomb while awaiting a wrecker to pull the stalled car from the water clogging Jennings Avenue underpass.
