Judge and Mrs. David McGee of Eagle Mountain Lake announce the approaching marriage of their daughter, Miss Mary Ruth McGee to Glenn Sterling Phillips of Midland, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Phillips of Tyler. Ms. McGee attended Texas State Women's College and the University of Texas. Mr. Phillips attended Tyler Junior college and received a degree from Southern Methodist University. The wedding is planned for Sept. 4 in First Methodist Church.
