Miss Helen Louise Billingsley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. S. Billingley, 3177 Westcliff Rd. became the bride of 2nd Lieutenant Delio Richard Silvestri, Saturday, July 18 in St. Alice's Catholic Church. The bride wore a suit of off-white faille fashioned with jeweled lapels. She also wore a champagne summer velvet hat and carried a wedding handkerchief made of Chantily lace from her mother's bridal gown. She carried a prayer book and rubrum lilies.
