Description
Cecil Mangrum, 14, in hospital with Nurse Mrs. Essie George who is showing his mail. Cecil is one of the three May 11 tornado victims still in hospitals. He is at the Crippled Children's Hospital in Waco healing from many broken bones. he was playing pool in a building behind the Dennis furniture company when the tornado struck.
