Eddy Nicholson, left, and Buckner Fanning, form the evangelistic team for the Crusade for Christ which opens here Sunday, July 12 and is to continue through the week. Fanning will do the preaching and Nicholson, who plays the trumpet, piano and sings, will be in charge of the music. Fanning was a pre-law student in Baylor but after the war, he studied for the ministry instead. The crusade under the sponsorship of the Tarrant County Baptist Association will be conducted in the Polytechnic High School amphitheater throughout the week.
