Description
O. T. Hampton, publicity man, told City Council cloud seeding is an "abortion of natural law". He holds a poster that reads "Rain comes from heaven, not from cricks and cranks." Hampton's placard refers to Dr. Irving Krick, Denver meteorologist and head of the cloud seeding firm the council is considering hiring.
