Description

Crews of General Construction Company moved in heavy equipment to begin widening of west tenth street from Penn to Cherry. The street, which is now eighteen feet wide, will be doubled in width when the project is completed. Cost will be $88,409 with the city paying $68,000 and the property owners paying the remainder.
