Description
Patrolman J. L. Ruddle center, and Detective W. T. Henderson, right, were members of a police in a statewide competition at El Paso. They presented the trophy to W. H. Lee, who then was chief there. Now Lee's son, Lieutenant (Lt.) Lee, left, presented the trophy to the police department to be put on public display.
