Babe Zaharias, left, and pro-golfer Betty Dodd advertise for the Damon Runyon fund on their shirts. Golfers around the nation will play in the Babe Zacharias Tournament scheduled June 22. Ms. Zaharias won fame as an Olympic athlete, basketball athlete and has won golf tournaments. She was diagnosed with cancer and had surgery in April.
