This giant yellow bulldozer dug into the earth at the site of Fort Worth's art museum, Lancaster and Montgomery, and marked the materialization of a 43-year-old dream. Passengers aboard for the groundbreaking were Anne Windfohr, and Mayor Pro McKnight.
