Description

Ed Sproles, right, president of the Benbrook school board, turns the first shovel of dirt which officially starts building on a new elementary school. Actual construction started recently. With him during the ceremony were County Supt. O. H. Stowe and Mrs. Grace Cozby, who contributed the school site.
