J. Allen Rhodes, left, vice president of First National Bank of Fort Worth, receives from C. K. Hawley, accident investigation officer, one of the pamphlets urging traffic safety which were distributed to passerby on the city's downtown streets Thursday by police offices. The pamphlets are part of the campaign conducted by the Fort Worth Safety Council, the New Car Dealers Association and the Fort Worth Service Station Association.
