Description
Tuffy McKellen, specialty skater with his brother in the "Football Fumble" act of the Ice Capades, bought the first Friend of Youth YMCA membership from Paul S. Hayward, YMCA general secretary. Tuffy and Gil, his brother, learned tumbling and hand balancing at the Muskegon, Mich., YMCA while Hayward was general secretary there and credit the 'Y' for starting their career. Mr. McKellen is pointing at a piece of paper Mr. Hayward is holding.
