Dick Dalton, left, and Cliff Horton, right, were among the first to reach Waco with aid. They brought a panel truck full of clothes, food, and flashlights collected by the Fort Worth Jaycees to meet the emergency needs of volunteer rescue teams digging into the tornado ruins.
