An extradition hearing was set in Austin Texas, for Mr. Orval Lindsey Chambless, to determine whether the Oklahoman "Flying bootlegger" would be made to return to the Sooner State to serve a three-year sentence for manslaughter. Mr. Chambless is shown in the image, sitting in a chair next to a desk. Published in the morning edition, April 23, 1950.
