Mrs. Olive Philips, who is making the costumes for the Reeder Cildren's Theater production of "Rose and the Ring," puts a finishing touch on the gown of 11-year-old Nancy Jenkins who plays Fairy Blackstick, the central character. tThe play runs June 1-6 in the Texas Chrisian University (TCU) Theater.
