Edwin T. Philips, left, was one of three sons present when the Mary Louise Philips Elementary School was dedicated to his late mother. Taking part in the ceremony were Joe P. Moore, superintendent of schools; Miss Allye Rich, principal, and seated, Mrs. Ivan Readinger, president of the school's Parent-Teacher Association.
