Councilmen Take Office - Swearing-in ceremonies for City Councilmen left to right, Thomas A. McCann, Jess F. Tarlton, M. M. McKnight and Edgar Deen, took place at City Hall Wednesday. Deen and McKnight are veterans on the council and Tarlton and McCann are newcomers. Five other councilmen will be selected in a runoff election April 21.
