Description
Chief And Evidence - Police Chief R. R. Howerton, left, arrived at Criminal Courts Building Tuesday afternoon with a jug which probably will show up again in the armed robbery trial of Gene Paul Norris. The jug, dug up in a clearing near Azle, contained $128,000 of the robbery loot, some of which is to be introduced as evidence. Walking up the stairs to the district attorney's office with Howerton is Chief of Detectives Cato Hightower.
