Description
James D. Cotner of 1508 Hamsted, left, and Bert O. Hayes of 1917 North Sylvania, installed last week as commanders of Disabled American Veterans Blue Bonnet Chapter and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2544, respectively, Monday agreed to attend each other's meetings regularly. Cotner is a World War two veteran of Pacific theater action, and Hayes served in France with the thirty-sixth Division in World War one.
