This pipe wrapper was designed by A. E. Betzel Senior of Arlington and is manufactured by the Betzel Engineering Company. The firm, which holds several aircraft contracts and also manufactures oil field equipment, will participate in the annual Arlington Industrial Show Friday and Saturday. Left to right are Bill Betzel, a partner in the firm Ray Elkin, a machinist, and A. E. Betzel Jr., also a partner.
