Three federal prison experts visited Commissioners Court Monday and conducted an inspection of the county jail to point needed improvements. Left to right are Captain Robert Moseley of the federal correction institution at seagoville; Roy Casey, former prison inspector in the area and now in charge of federal prisons in Alaska, and Hubert Raney of El Reno, Oklahoma, federal prison inspector for a six-state area.
