This is a "closeup" of a border planting of tulips along the fence of the J. A. Moore residence, 2854 Handley Drive. Tulips of all colors and varieties are blossoming along a tulip trail which ineludes Handley and Meadowbrook Drives, and Oakland Boulevard and Martel Street.
