Description

C. E. Doering of 1013 Churchill Road, civil defense co-ordinator at Convair, demonstrated various items of equipment Monday for disaster mobilization of his 1,500 volunteer civil defense workers at the plant. A walkie-talkie, central two-way radio control unit, Geiger counter and another walkie-talkie are shown on table. His voice is being amplified through the "dynamike" he holds.
