Description
Three war hero members of the Army staff at Arlington State College are presented with medals by Colonel Marcus Jones, right, chief, Texas military district, Austin. Receiving the medals, left to right, are Lieutenant Colonel Wesley R. Gough, Captain Billy J. Cass and Master Sargeant Wallace L. Simonton. Colonel Jones also presented Colonel Keltner with a certificate of achievement.
