This crush of traffic came thrusday afternoon after construction workers blocked the east-west Freeway just west of Ballinger Traffic officers funneled thousands of cars up the South Summit spur, headed for town. Fort Worth motorists will have plenty of time to get used to the arrangement. It'll last for 10 months.
