Description

A 12 inch gas line at N. E. 29th and Decatur burst Monday night and sent a blossom of flame into the air for an hour. Three firemen are shown here as they take shelter from searing heat. A cutt off valve was closed about 11:15 p.m., extinguishing the fire.
