Description
Kenneth Toal is shown as he transcribes testimony given in the hearing here on Southwestern Bell Telephone Company's request for higher Fort Worth rates. Toal and two other court reporters, Frank Nuss, and J. C. Groce filled 22 notebooks with 750,000 words of testimony. Final sessions of the hearing will start at 10 a.m. Tuesday in City Hall when the public will be allowed to ask questions.
