Description
Homer Covey, a country boy who came to the city and made good, figures he'll always be indebted to Fort Worth. He's been trying for years to even the score. He's been so active in civic affairs that he won a Gridiron "chump of the year" award in 1948. Covey is the only man who has been named Chamber of Commerce president three straight years. The Community Chest honored him in 1949 as the man who had contributed most to it.
