Description
Mrs. Ferne R. Payne, is one of the transplanted Texans moved here by Stanolind Oil and Gas Company in October 1950. Mrs. Payne came from Tulsa, Okla., where she was with the company for 10 years. She is in the title section of the division land department. Her job concerns allocation of the land department's capitalized costs to leases. This included expenditures to individual leases, brokers' commissions and other details. She also corrects lease records and does title checking.
