Dr. Phil Russell is shown helping young Cecilia Kay Goodman to see newborn, 2-day old Vickie Lynn Kimler, in her incubator at an open house held at the new Fort Worth Osteopathic Hospital. Cecilia Kay is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. O. Goodman, of Indian Oaks. Infant Vickie Lynn is the daughter of Sergeant and Mrs. Milo Kimler, Carswell Air Force Base. Published in the morning edition, April 17, 1950.
