This Jersey cow shown by Leslie O. Spradlin, Chapel Hill Future Farmer of America boy, was named grand champion female of the open Jersey show Friday. She won the grand championship of the junior Jersey show Thursday. A. L. Darnell, dairy show superintendent, holds the banner. At right, E. W. Nesham of Louisiana State University, who judged the Jersey show.
