Detective A. L. Armstrong, who a year ago Saturday was critically wounded in a Meadowbrook gun battle that killed Detective H. E. Cleveland, is back with his family. With him are his wife, Irene; daughter Nancy, 10, and Roby, 8, who holds the Dallas Police medal of Honor presented Armstrong for outstanding valor.
