Here's the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show grand champion steer for 1953, Big Spring Special II, and four admirers. Left to right they are Frank Reeves, Star-Telegram livestock editor; W. R. Watt, president of the show; Herbert Chandler of Baker, Oregon , president of the American Hereford Association, and steer's owner, Sue White, a Howard County 4-H girl.
