This aerial photo shows the setting of the 1953 Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show, Fort Worth, Texas. In the center is the domed roof of Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum, center of most of the show activities. To right is Will Rogers Memorial Auditorium. In the upper portion of the picture behind the auditorium and coliseum are the exhibit buildings, where the animals being shown are housed. Extending into the lower left hand corner of the photo from the left side of the coliseum is the midway.
