The grand champion steer of the Junior Livestock Show of the 1953 Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show is this heavyweight Hereford, Larry Jr., fitted and exhibited by David, left, and Billy Bridgford, Mitchell County 4-H Club boys. The animal was bred by J. S. Bridwell of Wichita Falls.
