State Game Wardens Joe Matlock, left, and Harold Bierman are shown with the four illegal trotlines and the four illegal wire fish traps they took from Lake worth in a recent busy morning. The concrete blocks in the picture are the weights used to anchor the lines. Such contrivances are the main reason legal fishermen get so few fish out of the near by lake.
