Mrs. O. L. Albritton, left, president of the Corsicana League of Women Voters, and Frank Dickson, right, vice president of the Corsicana Chamber of Commerce, accepted a plaque on behalf of Navarro County for having the highest percentage of voters in the November 4 election of any county in Texas. Presenting the award in behalf of the Childress Jaycees was John Forbes, center, of Childress.
