Miss Mary Yates, clerk in the auto license bureau in the County Courthouse basement, displays a sample of the 1953 vehicle tag which goes on sale February 1st. Behind Miss Yates are boxes containing some of the 165,000 sets of tags allotted Tarrant County motorists.
