Description
Nancy Marie Hurst, 5, doesn't have much to smile about in Carswell Air Force Base Hospital. Her left eye was removed seven weeks after she plunged a butcher knife into it as she was opening a sack of dog food. Since then, she's been blue and cheerless. She is shown with bandage over the eye and a huge teddy bear to comfort her.
