Mrs. William T. Samuels, wife of the Navy's inspector-instructor here who is being transferred to sea duty, was given an orchid Monday noon by James W. Frazier at a testimonial luncheon given Commander Samuels in the Worth Hotel by Fort Worth naval reserve officers and the Chamber of Commerce. M. L. Dickerson, emcee at the affair, is looking on. Both men are reservists.
