Miss Patsy Ann Kelly, 18, center, who as a member of Arlington State College's chorus paid a happier visit to the Star-Telegram Christmas Tree and Music Festival Wednesday night than last year when she was carried to the tree as a polio patient. With her are Herbert Kavanaugh of Fort Worth, a band member at Arlington State College, and Miss Jerice Schults of Arlington.
