Long years of Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) service won service pins for, left to right, Randall Young, S. L. (Pop) Dillard, Maurice Neale and Paul Hayward. Hayward, YMCA general secretary here, presented the pins and received one himself for 30 years of service.
