Here is one of two plays in the fourth inning that sent LeRoy Wheat, young Oklahoma City pitcher, scurrying over to cover first. The Fort Worth Cats' Dee Fondy was safe on this one, but Wheat nipped Fred Storck on the other. Oklahoma City won the season opener, 7-5.
