Description
Mrs. C. L. Mansfield, vice president of Fort Worth Safety Council, Friday morning presented the highest National Safety Council award to Barbara Leistra, 12, center, and Annona Lane, 12, secretary and president, respectively, of Crestwood safety council. The award signifies that the elementary school has been placed on the National Safety Honor Roll. Crestwood is the only Fort Worth school receiving the award this year and only Texas school to get it this year for the second consecutive time.
